It is in our truest nature is to be exquisite. To glow, sparkle and
shine with radiant health. The human potential has the divine possibility to
reflect nature in all her glorious splendour. Each one of us has the ability to
radiate our raw magnetism.
When we re-indulged our senses back into our deepest source –
our nature – we become one with ourselves, and with everything else. Like a
child we give ourselves permission to become ecstatic and re-experience all the
magnitude and rich offerings of life. The universe is calling you. Come play.
EARTH – The Body
Exercise: Choosing to get out of your head and into
your body, is probably the most profound decision you will ever make. Important
for optimum health and wellness, and essential as common sense nutrition,
moving your body is key. Keeping it
varied and approaching it with the fresh and innocent eyes of a child, will
encourage you to get up, go out and just do it, again and again.
Nutrition: The human body has not evolved much over
the past few thousand years. However, our foods, the additives, preservatives,
the other hidden ingredients and preparation/preservation have. Everything is
sweetened, salted, flavour enhanced, preserved by chemical additives and
pre-packed. Most of the dis-eases of the past 50 yrs (esp. Obesity) can be
attributed to convenience foods and sedentary life-style. The quicker it gets
from the earth to your table, the better – eat fresh!
Holistic
Therapies: Indulging your
senses in the array of incredible and relaxing therapies available in this day
and age is paramount. Finding ways which encourage your bodymind to de-stress,
unwind and let go, has to happen. Passive relaxation and therapeutic processes
are so important these days. It’s a transpersonal thing.
Meditation: “Everyone should meditate for at least
20mins every day, unless of course you’re too busy.. Then you should meditate
for an hour!” Finding space in your day to focus on the gaps between the
thoughts is the way to begin to exist in the now. It may be a moving meditation
or sitting in stillness. Find what works for you and create space.
